1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or accessing any service provided by de77 ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of de77 immediately.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and de77 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter contained herein.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to de77 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age (proof of age may be required at any time).
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf — not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not knowingly in violation of any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction by using this Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from de77 or had an account terminated for misconduct.

de77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use de77's full range of betting, casino, and gaming services, you are required to create a personal account. Registration is free and completed through the de77 Login page. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Ownership

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account. de77 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any winnings forfeited. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same identity or household.
• Transferring, selling, or gifting your account to any other person.

Password & Login Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

de77 supports a range of secure local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for players based in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Supported Payment Channels

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

de77 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional campaigns to both new and existing players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Key points that apply to all promotions include:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
• de77 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including through multiple account creation or collusion — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Promotional offers are designed exclusively for recreational players. de77 may exclude certain players from specific promotions based on play history, geographic location, or risk assessment at its sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on de77 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players.
• Attempting to launder money or use de77 to process proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point of use.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain.

de77 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will disclose account information as required by applicable legal processes. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited activity will be frozen and reported accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on de77 — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of de77 or its licensed content partners. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use de77 for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to any resale, systematic collection of data, or use of any automated tools to interact with the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, de77 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

de77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency updates, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to network failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events) may temporarily affect service availability. de77 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of such interruptions.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
